Material Introduction
NBR/PVC rubber foam sheet is a flexible elastomeric insulation material made from nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride. Through a foaming process, the material forms a closed-cell structure that helps reduce heat transfer, limit moisture absorption and support condensation control in HVAC and industrial insulation systems.
Compared with rigid insulation boards, rubber foam sheet is easier to cut, bend and fit around ductwork, large pipe surfaces, tanks, vessels and equipment shells. It is suitable for projects that require flexible installation and stable surface coverage.
