Rubber Pipe Insulation Sizes & Configurations
FUNAS rubber pipe insulation is available in multiple inner-diameter and wall-thickness combinations for HVAC, refrigeration and mechanical piping applications.
When selecting a size, match the insulation inner diameter to the actual pipe outside diameter. Not every inner diameter is available in every thickness, so the required combination should be confirmed before ordering.
Custom sizes and colors are also available subject to production confirmation.

FUNAS closed-cell NBR/PVC elastomeric pipe insulation is suitable for a range of HVAC and mechanical piping applications, including:

For cold piping systems, insulation thickness and joint sealing should be selected according to the actual operating temperature, ambient conditions and project requirements.
Selecting Rubber Pipe Insulation for HVAC & Refrigeration
For specification confirmation, provide the pipe outside diameter, required insulation thickness, operating conditions and B1/B2 grade.
The required insulation thickness should be selected according to the actual piping system and project conditions rather than using one standard thickness for every application.
During installation:
• Seal longitudinal and butt joints continuously.
• Cut and fit the insulation carefully around elbows, tees, valves and fittings.
• Maintain insulation continuity at pipe supports.
• Avoid stretching the material during installation.
• Stagger joints when multiple insulation layers are used.

For outdoor installations, use a suitable protective facing or weather-resistant covering. Aluminum foil-faced rubber pipe insulation is available as an optional configuration.

XPS Insulation Board – Extruded Polystyrene Foam Board
FUNAS XPS insulation board is a rigid extruded polystyrene foam board for building thermal insulation. Available in 30–100 mm thicknesses with approx. 300–400 kPa compressive strength options, it can be supplied for roof, wall, floor and under-slab insulation projects. Board dimensions, density and project specifications can be customized, with third-party test data available for compressive and thermal performance.
Glass Wool Insulation Rolls for Thermal & Acoustic Insulation
FUNAS glass wool insulation rolls are flexible fiberglass insulation rolls designed for thermal and acoustic insulation in metal roofs, steel buildings, warehouses and HVAC duct systems. The lightweight roll form is easy to cut, wrap and install over large areas, making it suitable for both building and industrial insulation projects.
Available as plain or foil-faced glass wool rolls, the product can be supplied in different densities, thicknesses, widths and roll lengths according to project requirements. Standard options include 32 kg/m³ and 48 kg/m³ density with 30 mm and 50 mm thicknesses.
