Sizes and Configurations
FUNAS rubber foam pipe is available in multiple inner-diameter and wall-thickness combinations.
When selecting a size, match the insulation inner diameter to the actual pipe outside diameter. Not every inner diameter is available in every thickness, so the required combination should be confirmed before ordering.
Custom sizes and colors are also available subject to production confirmation.

- For cold systems, insulation thickness and joint sealing should be selected according to actual operating and ambient conditions.
Selecting and Installing Rubber Foam Pipe
For specification confirmation, provide the pipe outside diameter, required insulation thickness, operating conditions and B1/B2 grade.
Insulation thickness should be based on actual project conditions rather than one standard thickness for all piping systems.
During installation:
- •Seal longitudinal and butt joints continuously.
- •Cut and fit insulation around elbows, tees, valves and fittings.
- •Maintain insulation continuity at pipe supports.
- •Avoid stretching the material during installation.
- •Stagger joints when multiple insulation layers are used.
- For outdoor installations, use a suitable protective facing or weather-resistant covering. Aluminum foil-faced pipe is available as an option.

FUNAS XPS insulation board is a rigid extruded polystyrene foam board for building thermal insulation. It is available in 30–100 mm thicknesses, with 300–400 kPa compressive strength options and customizable dimensions, density and project specifications. Third-party test data is available for compressive and thermal performance.
Glass Wool Insulation Rolls for Thermal and Acoustic Insulation
FUNAS Glass Wool Insulation Rolls are flexible fiberglass blanket rolls designed for thermal and acoustic insulation in steel buildings, metal roofs, warehouses, HVAC ducts and industrial piping projects. Made from glass wool bonded into a lightweight roll form, they are easy to wrap over large surfaces and can be supplied for different project installation needs. Density, length and width can be customized according to project requirements, helping distributors and contractors plan bulk procurement more efficiently. Plain or foil-faced options, temperature range, compression packaging and sample policy should be confirmed before quotation.
